Yes, we offer our free fursona design service under the following conditions:
- For Members: You meet the minimum membership tier requirement.
- For New Customers: You qualify for a free design on your first order if the total exceeds $600 USD.
What kind of reference images do I need to provide?
To create a fursuit that’s a perfect match for your character, clear reference images are essential. They help us capture every detail accurately.
Please note: Any features not shown in your reference images will not be included in the final fursuit.
For the best results, we recommend a reference sheet that clearly shows:
- Front, side, and back views of your character.
- As much detail as possible.
Keep in mind that highly complex designs may affect the final cost. For an accurate estimate, you can use our Price Calculator or request a custom quote.
Is shipping insurance included? Do I need to pay for it?
Yes, every order includes comprehensive shipping insurance, completely free of charge. You do not need to pay extra for this protection.
In the unlikely event of shipping damage, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Do you ship worldwide? What about customs fees?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.In most cases, customs duties and taxes are already included in your total price, so you won't have to worry about unexpected fees upon delivery.
How often will I receive progress updates?
We typically send progress updates with photos and/or videos every 2-3 days.
During stages that require detailed confirmation from you, we may contact you daily to ensure every detail is perfect.
