Will reviews from Etsy be synced with the website?

This is a one-way sync. Our website periodically uses a review import tool to fetch reviews from Etsy, but Etsy does not sync reviews from our site. Therefore, it may be better to browse the reviews on our brand's website.

Why are some styles of premade kigu masks on Etsy noticeably inconsistent?

We sometimes accept consignment from customers, where they provide us with kigu masks they ordered from other shops that they are not satisfied with, and we help sell them to recover part of their purchase costs. The pricing is usually determined by the customers, and we do not make any profit in the middle. If you believe this practice may lead to misunderstandings, please contact us, and we will discontinue this service.

Why do I need to pay extra fees when i pay via etsy?

In Japan, if you make a transaction through Etsy, you will be responsible for the entire VAT, and we will incur a 6.5% transaction fee, a 6% processing fee, as well as additional variable fees. However, if you complete your transaction through our website, we can refund a portion of your VAT, which helps both of us save on costs.
