Step 2: Production & Your Personal Timeline

Once we have finalized the design and you have confirmed your order, you will receive a comprehensive production schedule.

This timeline is your window into our workshop. It will detail key milestones, including:

- The projected completion and shipping date

We divide the entire standard production process into the following steps:

Order Placement: You start by placing an order and filling in the required dimensions and other information for customization. Modeling Process: Once the dimensions are confirmed, the modeling process will immediately begin. The modeling will also provide the Kigurumi mask dimension information to the artist for pupil design.
Eye Design: Once the eye design is completed, you will receive a progress update. You can provide modification suggestions until you are satisfied.
3D Model Customization: After the pupil design, we will proceed with the customization of the 3D model. You will receive another progress update and can propose modifications until you are happy with the result. You also have the option to consult our artists for professional opinions to enhance the aesthetics.
3D Printing: Once the 3D model is finalized, the 3D printing department will begin the printing and polishing process. You will receive updates on this stage.
Wig Selection: During the 3D printing process, you will be prompted to select wig options. We can help create several suitable options for you to choose from or allow you to create your own wig color scheme. The wig stylist will purchase the wig and send you physical photos for color confirmation once it arrives.
Kigu Mask Makeup: Our artists will send you updates on the Kigu mask makeup, and you can request modifications before confirming the makeup. Please note that there are limits on modifications due to the nature of the paint used.
Wig Styling: After the makeup is completed, the wig stylist will start styling the wig and will provide progress pictures. You may request modifications until you are satisfied. However, please be aware that reverse modifications cannot be made, as we use special glue to secure the wig style to prevent any issues during use.
Final Packaging and Shipping: Once all stages are complete, we will package and ship the goods. They will be handed over to the insurance company, which is responsible for ensuring safe transport to guarantee that your goods arrive safely.

Progress updates will be provided for steps 3 to 10.We will only proceed to the next steps once you confirm that there are no issues with.
