Step2:Placing Your Deposit & Taking Measurements
Typically, the deposit is 30% of the total price. We want this process to be worry-free for you, so your deposit is fully refundable right up until the modeling work begins. Once our artists start crafting the model, any requested refund will simply be adjusted to cover the efforts already made. Please note that once the modeling phase is complete, the deposit becomes non-refundable to secure the work done. All that being said, we understand that life can be unpredictable! If you face unexpected circumstances and need to cancel, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.

Below, you'll see how we share progress updates with you! You are welcome to request changes at these specific checkpoints. To keep everything moving smoothly, please ensure revisions focus on the production stage we are currently sharing and fit within technical boundaries. We will do our absolute best to bring your vision to life. If a particular request might impact the overall aesthetics of the final piece, we will gently offer our professional advice. However, if you decide to touch it up anyway, we will happily respect your decision and execute it exactly as you wish.

Step 4:Final Payment and packing
Once we receive your final confirmation, we’ll send over the link for the remaining balance. After that, we’ll get everything packed up for you and share a video of the packing process.
Step 5:Shipping
Generally, we ship orders to Europe via air and to the U.S. via sea. Please keep in mind that shipping methods may be adjusted based on regulations, customs duties, and logistics considerations. To ensure your package is fully covered by insurance, we kindly ask that you film an unboxing video when it arrives. (However, please don't worry if you happen to forget! With our secure multi-layer packaging, it is extremely rare for a kigu mask to sustain any casualty during transit.)
